Set 1-22-12

Here's this week's set. We'll be doing the new song "My Hope Is In You" by Aaron Shust and I think the recorded key of D should work well. Since I'm making it easy by staying with the original key, I'm sure Kale will have the crazy piano intro worked out without a problem :)

Remember to update the Redeemer Band Schedule with any modifications going forward (you should all have permission to edit it) or let me know and I can make the changes. Thanks again for your time and dedication.
-Jeremy

Set 1-22-12
Song of the Redeemed (mp3 - Charlie Hall)
My Hope Is In You (mp3 - Aaron Shust)
A Mighty Fortress (mp3 - Christy Nockels)
Our God (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)

Set 1-15-12

Here's the set for the week. Thank you for your work last week to lead Redeemer in worship while I was out. I think we should have most everyone back this week, so we should be able to start getting back to a more regular schedule. I've updated the Redeemer Band Schedule through May with an initial plan. Look it over to see if we need to make any changes (you can update yourself or let me know and I'll update it). This week I have Grant (drums), Andy (acoustic), Blake (bass), Kyle (electric), and Kale (keys) - let me know if this doesn't work for any of you.

See you Sunday,
Jeremy

Set 1-15-12
Day After Day (mp3 - Kristian Stanfill)
You Are God (mp3 - Charlie Hall)
Lord, I Need You (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)
God of This City (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)

Set 1-1-12

Here the set for the week - sorry for the delay in getting this up as I get back on schedule after Christmas, etc. Speaking of that, thanks again to everyone that helped lead worship while I was out with the new baby and to those who gave their time for the Christmas services - it's much appreciated.

Also, I'll be out next week (1/8) on the road back from Louisiana, so we can talk about these plans on Sunday. After this, we should hopefully be able to get back on a more regular schedule.

Thanks again - looking forward to seeing you Sunday,
Jeremy

Set 1-1-12
When I Think About the Lord (mp3 - Shane & Shane)
Glory In the Highest (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)
Fire Fall Down (mp3 - Hillsong)
I Stand Amazed (How Marvelous) (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)

Set 11-27-11

I went ahead and put together a set for Sunday under the assumption that I'll be there. If I'm not, Andy will let you know the plan (which I believe will be the alternate set that you guys have worked up).

For the set below, we'll do "When I Think About the Lord" in the key of A as on the recording and "Grace Greater Than Our Sin" in the arrangement we did last week. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and I'll see you Sunday-or maybe not. :)

Thanks,
Jeremy

Set 11-27-11
Day After Day (mp3 - Kristian Stanfill)
When I Think About the Lord (mp3 - Shane & Shane)
Grace Greater Than Our Sin (mp3 - The Village Church)
Come Ye Sinners (mp3 - Robbie Seay Band)

Set 11-20-11

I hope things are going well. Here's this week's set. I'd like to do "Grace Greater Than Our Sin" like the typical hymn and in the key of G as shown on the chord chart. I'm not looking for an arrangement (or alternate melody) like in the mp3 I've uploaded, but I wanted to include it as a starting point. The first verse/chorus is more like what I have in mind.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Set 11-20-11
Ruin Me (mp3 - Jeff Johnson)
Only Your Blood (mp3 - Sojourn)
Grace Greater Than Our Sin (mp3 - The Village Church)
Glory In the Highest (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)

Set 11-13-11

Here's the set for the week. I thought "We Shall Not Be Shaken" would be a little too obvious, so I chose the four songs below instead :) I think we'll do "Glory In the Highest" in the recorded key of C.

Also, it looks like Kyle isn't going to be able to make it this week, so Blake would you be able to fill in on bass?

See you Sunday,
Jeremy

Set 11-13-11
All Because of Jesus (mp3 - Fee)
No Not One (mp3 - Christy Nockels)
All Creatures of Our God and King (mp3 - David Crowder Band)
Glory In the Highest (mp3 - Chris Tomlin)

Set 11-6-11

The set for the week is listed below - sorry for posting it a little later than usual. I hope everyone's having a good week - see you Sunday.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Set 11-6-11
Marvelous Light (mp3 - Charlie Hall)
My King (mp3 - The Village Church)
Forever Reign (mp3 - Hillsong)
Waiting Here For You (mp3 - Christy Nockels)
