Set 8-17-14

The set for the week is listed below. We'll reuse the songs from last week (with an addition) since we only used them for sound check and they should help streamline practice as we figure out timing, setup, etc.

As for timing, we'd like to have everyone on the stage and ready for a "line check" at 9:05am on Sunday (i.e. with instruments/headsets plugged in and ready). This will give us 5 minutes for a line check, 5 for a full band sound check, and then practice with a targeted finish time of 10am. We'll see how this works and adjust if needed, but this is the initial plan.

Set 8-10-14

As we've talked about, this Sunday will be the practice run and training session from 3pm-6pm at Roosevelt. Hopefully everyone can be there as we'll be talking through the logistics of setup/teardown, doing sound checks, etc. (please let me know if you won't be able to make it). At the end of setup/training we'll do a practice run with a few songs. Since we'll have multiple rotations of people I'd like to potentially give everyone a chance to run through at least one song. We'll talk through this, but we may use the Welcome time to rotate.
