Here's this week's set. I think Grant is still out, so Gavin if you're available to fill in on Sunday we'd be glad to have you. If not we'll make do without drums this week. Also, I went ahead and updated the Redeemer Band Schedule with dates through mid-May. It's just a first pass, but everyone check it out and let me know if you'll be gone on one of the dates or have changes.

Here's the set for Sunday. It looks like we'll be without keys, electric, and drums (and violin?) this week so we may have to get a little creative on the arrangements. The recording for "Christmas Time" by Phil Wickham is in Db, but we'll likely drop this to A. I think we'll be able to pull this song off with the smaller band, but Andy let me know if you think this will be an issue. Also, for "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" we'll probably play it in G rather than the recorded key of C.

Also, it looks like we aren't going to be able to practice on Sunday morning due to the Orphan Sunday activities. Kale - see if you can figure it out, and if not we may switch it out with another song like "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)". I'll also likely want to change the key of the song from the recorded key.

This week's set is listed below. We'll be doing "I Exalt Thee" by Jesus Culture this week - a little different arrangement of an old praise song. The recording is in G and we'll probably stick with that (although possibly may drop it to F).

Also, in regard to a few organizational items, thanks to everyone for being there last Sunday morning on time (or close to it). We're going to try to put more emphasis on starting at 9:15am on Sundays so that we can start wrapping up by 10am, with a "hard stop" at 10:10am. I'd also like to invite everyone to join us for a 10 minute prayer time at 10:10am in Andy's office. It will be good to get some prayer time as a group before the worship service.

Lastly, I've made a few modifications to the Redeemer Band Schedule, so let me know if you have any updates. I think Hayden will be in the nursery this week, so unless Aaron can fill in we may be without electric - so Kale may get to add in a few more flourishes on the keys for "I Exalt Thee".

Here's this week's set. We'll be doing the new song "Shadows" by the David Crowder Band and I think we'll do it in the recorded key of F#.

Also, with Spring Break coming up the week of the 18th, could you all please update your availability on the Redeemer Band Schedule spreadsheet or just reply to this email and let me know when you'll be out? I'm not sure who we'll have around over Spring Break, so I'd like to start planning for it.

We'll also be doing the Lord's Supper this week so I've listed two songs for this as well. We may go with less instrumentation for these two songs, but I've included them in case we decide to play them as a full band.

Here's the set for the week. Thank you for your work last week to lead Redeemer in worship while I was out. I think we should have most everyone back this week, so we should be able to start getting back to a more regular schedule. I've updated the Redeemer Band Schedule through May with an initial plan. Look it over to see if we need to make any changes (you can update yourself or let me know and I'll update it). This week I have Grant (drums), Andy (acoustic), Blake (bass), Kyle (electric), and Kale (keys) - let me know if this doesn't work for any of you.
